AURIC is rapidly growing the B2B Acquisitions channel and we are seeking Regional Sales Managers that are entrepreneurial-minded and possess a “start-up” attitude. Remote positions are available.

The primary responsibility will be to achieve all points of our R.E.A.D.I. management model:

  • Recruit - Attract coachable sales professionals that have high emotional intelligence
  • Enforce - We are a process-driven sales environment backed built measurable metrics
  • Acquire - Dominate your territory/niche vertical through referrals and prospecting both SMB and mid-market clients
  • Develop - Recognize that your team is a reflection of “you” and utilize the AURIC training library to develop the next “superstar”
  • Inspire - Your team will embrace and align with AURIC’s core purpose of delivering, “Payment technology so business can thrive”


Compensation:

2018 average first-year sales manager earnings:

  • $120k to $160k in upfront commissions
  • $7,500 additional monthly residual income

Lifetime vesting and escalated residuals are retroactively applied based on client count.
There are no earnings caps.

This is a short sales cycle that is incentive-driven. Longer sales pipelines only account for 20% of our revenue.

Please do not apply without prior outside sales management experience.

Sales Managers will be required to recruit and develop a team of 5-10 Sales Agents stationed in the field locally or nationally.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Laptop, Smart Phone, Tablet Proficiency
  • CRM Fanatic
  • 3 Years Equivalent Sales Experience
  • Outside Sales Experience in B2B or B2C Setting
  • Confident Phone Demeanor
  • Demonstrated Record of Success Leading Teams
  • Ability to Communicate Clearly in Writing
  • “Find-A-Way-To-Win” Mentality
