Our B2B Acquisitions channel is seeking three Regional Sales Managers that are entrepreneurial-minded and have a start-up culture attitude. Denver residency preferred, but not necessary. Remote Colorado positions are also available.
AURIC is an electronic payment technology company operating on the TSYS network - the industry's most advanced payment processing platform (NYSE: TSS). We are innovators of the unlimited 0.00% credit card processing experience for businesses. Our firm specializes exclusively in flat-dollar pricing that eliminates the need for our clients to pay the constantly changing interest rates associated with accepting electronic payments.
Primary responsibilities will include:
a) Recruit, Develop, Train, and Coach Sales Professionals
b) Distribute Our Appointment-Based Leads to Best Producers
c) Structure and “Close” New Accounts
d) Communicate Team Revenue Projections and Growth
e) Passionate About Work/Life Balance (most importantly)
Regional Sales Managers will be required to recruit and develop a team of 5-10 Sales Agents stationed in the field nationally. We provide marketing support, leads, and training for all of our B2B Sales Agents.

Candidates with attention to detail & processes are preferred. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales.
The ideal candidates will be a fearless phone closer and possess a confident speaking phone charisma. A major part of the role would be the ability to attract, recruit, and develop Outside Sales Agents remotely.
Average first-year managers $120k-$150k in upfront earnings with a guaranteed additional residual commission of $7,000 per month by your first anniversary. There are no earnings caps.
This is a short sales cycle and very incentive driven. Longer sales pipelines only account for 5% of our revenue.
Selected candidates will undergo a 2-day classroom training program in Manhattan to understand our culture and vision. Webinar participation available for remote representatives.
***Chosen candidates will be expected to participate in a 60-day mandatory "field immersion" as an Outside Sales Representative to better understand our product and what our team members experience in the field.***
